Does it bother anybody else that Pope Francis insists on only speaking Italian in public addresses? I thought one of the requirements for the job of Supreme Pontiff was to have a broad understanding and grasp on the languages of the faithful throughout the world. He won't speak to English speakers in English in Rome, but instead, Italian and the same with the French, German, Spanish, Polish and so on. It's rude. Pope Benedict was able to address the faithful in dozens and dozens of languages to get his and the Church's message to the whole world. Francis is lacking again. I suggest that he works on his communication skills before he alienates more Catholics who cannot connect to them because he refuses to communicate.
